A Message to our Clients about COVID-19

As Saskatchewan carefully moves forward lifting restrictions, Smiths' Insurance is now open to walk-in traffic. While visiting our office, you will see precautions are in place to keep both you and our staff safe, yet still allow SGI Motor Vehicle transactions to occur.

Our commercial, home and auto insurance teams are all available to assist you. Please exercise patience during your visit, as you may experience line-ups that adhere with social distancing practices.

Current reopening updates are:

- Regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8 am - 8 pm)
- One person per transaction entering the building at this time
- We encourage you to use contactless payment (tap debit or credit card)
- As some of our team may be working remotely, please call ahead to speak with your broker

The majority of SGI Auto Fund transactions can be completed by phone 306-359-3331, or online at myplates.ca. The site also includes help for those using their MySGI account for the first time.

Many of our companies accept online payments by credit card/online banking, or credit card over the phone through our office. Please contact your broker for options available to you.

ABOUT US

Smiths' Insurance was founded in 1980. Beginning as a small two person office opened by Dan & Carol Smith, and have grown into a team offering full insurance services, and one of Saskatchewan's busiest SGI motor licence issuers.

In July 2020, Smiths' Insurance joined Navacord Corp. for a win-win partnership. We now operate as a division of Henderson Insurance, a Navacord broker partner, and continue to focus on client service - as we always have.
